  • CONTENT NEEDED FOR DESIGN

    Before you make your purchase, please have the following content ready for your design.

    • Login information to where your website is hosted
    • Hi-Resolution Logo (.png file ONLY)
    • Hi-Quality, professional Images (no phone, blurry, or cropped images, if applicable)

  • HOW IT WORKS:

    Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email with directions on how to submit your content. Once you’ve submitted all of your content, I will reach out to you directly with an estimated completion date or I will let you know if I need anything else.

    Once the design is started you will receive a link to review the design as I make progress. You can provide feedback and I can make adjustments as needed. Once the design is complete, you will do a final review and approval. Once approved, I will transfer your site to you and we will schedule a website management call to go over managing your site and to answer any questions you may have.

  • TURN AROUND TIME

    Standard Turnaround Time:  1-2 weeks

    ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Although design concepts and revisions might be received on these days, The Bubblegum Agency may not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays but this can vary and does not guarantee communication on these days.

    Any additional information needed to complete this order will be requested to be obtained in the next 2-3 business days. Please be sure to check your email.
